COLONIE — An Albany person was billed Monday for driving his car into a Central Avenue vehicle dealership very last 7 days.

Richard Reed, 53, allegedly experienced a confrontation with the income team at DePaula Automobile Team, 1101 Central Ave., last Thursday early morning about a auto he obtained in 2019, Colonie police said in a push release.
